Court Rules Yoga Program ‘Not Religious’

A San Diego Superior Court judge ruled that the Encinitas, Calif., school district’s yoga curriculum was not religious in nature, and did not violate state law. Some parents objected to the program, arguing it was indoctrinating their children in Easter religion orthodoxy and mysticism.
